PROCEDURE FOR CHANGE OF COURSE & INSTITUTION TO READ AT FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC OFFA (AFFILIATED TO FUTMINNA)

Background Information

1. JAMB CANDIDATES INTO 100L

In addition to the UTME qualifications, Candidates' Jamb scores must be within the University cut- off marks:
1. Computer Science--------------200
2. Food Science & Technology---------180
3. Electrical/ Electronic Engineering--------190
4. Mechanical Engineering--------190

Please, note that the approved school fees for each programme is now N150,000 per session payable thrice within the session: 40:30:30

2. DIRECT ENTRY INTO 200L
A. In addition to the UTME qualifications, Candidates must possess a minimum of LOWER CREDIT at National Diploma ( ND), National Innovation Diploma ( NID) or Merit at NCE level.
B. The candidates with IJMB must score a minimum of five(5) points or four(4) points ( CPES, FUTMINNA) and pass at least two (2) subjects relevant to their proposed course:
A. Computer Science
B. Food Science & Technology
C. Elect/Elect Eng.
D. Mechanical Eng.

Note please that the approved School fees for each Programme for products of FEDPOFFA is now N145,500 While approved School fees for Candidates from other institutions is now N163, 500 payable thrice within the Session: 40:30:30.

3.DIRECT ENTRY INTO 300L

In addition to the UTME qualifications, Candidates must possess a minimum of LOWER CREDIT at HND or Higher Innovative Diploma ( CGPA of 2.60 and above) in the following courses:
A. Computer Science
B. Food Science & Technology
C. Elect/Elect Eng.
D. Mech. Eng.

Note Please that the approved school fees for products of FEDPOFFA is now N145,500 While the approved school fees for Candidates from other institutions is now N163,500 payable thrice within the session: 40:30:30

PROCEDURE FOR CHANGE OF INSTITUTION & COURSE

Candidates who did not choose Federal Polytechnic Offa(Affiliated to FUTMINNA) as their First choice university are advised in their own interest to visit Jamb Office nearest to them and effect their first choice university to read Federal Polytechnic Offa (Affiliated to FUTMINNA) Kwara state and possibly their choice of course in line with the specified course & cut- off marks

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE
1.Change of Institution and course to be selected in the JAMB PORTAL, PLS.
2.Uploading O/L results on JAMB CAP PLS
 

Direct entry (200L and 300L) candidates who didn't choose FEDPOFFA/FUTMINNA as their first choice university are advised to visit Jamb Office nearest to them and effect their first choice university to read Federal Polytechnic Offa(Affiliated to FUTMINNA)Kwara State.
You are expected to upload results (O/L,ND,NID,HND through JAMB CAP
SELECT PROPERLY PLS

You will be required to pay prescribed fees in Jamb Office.

SCREENING EXERCISE
Jamb and Direct candidates who chose FEDPOFFA/ FUTMINNA are required to do online screening and pay online fee of N1,500.

Thereafter, candidates will report for physical screening in the Directorate of Affiliate Degree Programmes, mini campus, FEDPOFFA with original & photocopies of credentials. The original will be sighted and returned to you.

Screening exercise has commenced from Mondays to Fridays between 9am --4pm.

The Screening exercise is a prerequisite for admission.
